One West Bank: Youth Financial Education Site
Concept 1: No shame
For our target audience, conversations about money can often be stressful or uncomfortable and create feelings of shame and insecurity, which prevents them from asking questions and getting the information they need to make sound financial decisions. Our site design positions One West Bank as a hub for nonjudgmental guidance, with useful tools and products for managing finances, so customers can use their money to build the lifestyle they want and support the causes and businesses they value and the people who are important to them.
Concept 2: Make Your Own Way
This site is designed around the understanding that millennials and Gen Z-ers are living in a different reality than their parents. Young people are increasingly likely to work remotely, have several employers, work on a project-basis and be their own boss. In an innovation economy, these young professionals are quite literally creating their own path. The site design incorporates the idea that our audience is painting their way as they go. It illustrates that One West Bank understands that creating your own path comes with unique challenges, and is prepared to arm their customers with the knowledge, tools and products they need to meet them.
